Every morning in recent weeks we have been greeted at our office with these millepedes that crawl into the office at night. Michelle usually picks them up. If you touch them, they curl into a coil and you can just pick them up lightly. If you stress them, they emit an odor. The odor is why birds don't eat them. Toads eat them, but we don't have those around. (click on the photo for a real close-up look)

eeeww!! :) It must be millipede season again!
Sick! I remember when I was on crutches for my ankle sprains I would go around the basement smooshing them... wow that sounds pretty morbid now that I think about it.
